W. Greer McCreedy II
Born in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania on September 23, 1960, W. Greer McCreedy II has been practicing law in Virginia for over 20 years. Mr. McCreedy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia, in 1982. He earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1987.
Mr. McCreedy was admitted to the bar in 1987. He is a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar (Member, Bankruptcy Section) and the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association. He regularly appears before the United States Bankruptcy Court and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy law, business law, creditors’ rights and the petroleum marketing practices act.
